Just made a payment via login to my Vanquis account. Payment made and showing Authorised. BUT after a few mins, here's/following message was being received. 'Your payment has been declined. For security, can you reply with your date of birth?' I'm very much doubted. then immediately checked my paying card's bank account, payment had taken and left from that account. SCAM - Called repeatedly claiming (falsely) that I was due compensation for a minor traffic accident from years earlier. Just hang up.
I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck.

Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.
