Just had a fun half hour with this bunch, I called them 28 times asking them to stop calling me, they went mental! What a great way to wind someone up who you're sick of getting calls from. In the end they pleaded with me to stop calling them. I suggest everyone who has an all inclusive phone contract, and a few minutes to spare on a train journey or a long car trip, to fight fire with fire - give them a taste of their own tactics. Looks like a money scam, just hang-up. You receive a recorded phone call, allegedly from Amazon Prime, to ask if you have renewed your subscription for 39.95 as the money will be removed from your bank account. If not you then you are supposed to press 1 to speak to an operator. The operator will then try to get your bank details "to make the refund".
