Automated call, claiming to be from a bank (not specified) to inform me two payments had been made on a card. One to Amazon, and one an international transfer. Asked to press 1 to cancel, and another number to be transferred. This is the third call received in less than a week from similar numbers.

Claiming to be calling from EE needing personal details from me in order to give me all sorts of unbelievable prizes and a huge discount on my EE contract.

SCAM Scam text. +447484718081 Says that my parcel has a £1.45 fee. We are not expecting a parcel. Says myevrireshipmentfee.com It did not use my name, nor give a parcel reference code. Needs reporting to 7726.

Pretending to be Evri driver Thomas who couldn’t find a safe place to leave my parcel. Looked plausible, but I had a similar one from DHL at the weekend.

Scam number - claimed to be from a phone provider - first time EE [ not with them] second time from Currys PC world [ again not with them]. Block them - don't waist our time

Supposedly VISA advising me that debits have been made on my card. This is a scam! It is a recorded message expecting a response. The next step is that they want to verify the card number etc and hey ho! you've lost your money.

SPAM - called my mother a little earlier. They are clearly just working their way through the phonebook!

Scam recording from my visa card Co advising 2 fraud transactions for big amts, called my card Co from no on bk of my card and no transactions have taken place, be careful all especially the elderly, try use a credit card at all times then transfer from Yr debit card to pay it, never take out he house Yr debit card, as bank don't always reimburse u for fraud, the credit card Co will if you have shown you took care reporting any suspicious activity and were careful with Yr details online. Scam - caller was from Microsoft and requested that I open my computer, as they have received notification over the last four days, that cyberware/hackers etc have got access to my computer. If I do not let them have access they will have to stop any computer from being used at this address.

Text message received from Sants fraud asking me if I had made a pmt of 33458.64 to a Ali Afza? if not to call fraud on the number and not to reply by text. Luckily I worked for Santander so knew it was a scam but it is very convincing.

this number rang me and then rang off when I answered. This is the usual pattern used by scammers piggy-backing someone else's number.

Spam call, automated message about "tax not being paid"

This number called my 90 year old mother posing as the fraud department from the Bank of Scotland. He said 2 lots of money had left her account and they were chasing this up. Thankfully she phoned the bank and it was confirmed that these transactions had not happened. It was a scam, I think to get her personal details, not any account numbers - perhaps identity theft. He phoned her again today apologising for not phoning back yesterday but my mum was very blunt with her replies and he hung up.
