How do we stop this unjustified, annoying, harrasing type of call? They should be punished punitively and the money paid to those who receive their nuisance calls.

Odd call from Mike at TPL . Said he was an agent looking to sell landlords. Wouldn t go in to detail; took a while and some prodding to just get that. Wouldn t explain what his company was. Quick to get off the phone after getting an email address (generic one given, of course!).

I got a call from a lady what sounded like an Australian accent, asking about a PPI claim with my bank. She was unable to identify any further information about me, other than the fact I am owed a refund back from my bank. Which she could not identify which bank owes me this money. I been contacted many times in the past few years by these scammers on very similar 0161 939 numbers. I missed a call from this number yesterday afternoon. No point in calling them back. Line just keeps getting cut off. Seemed very dodgy. My advice? Either don t answer this number. Or add to your block list.

Didn t say what company it was just a PPI claims managment company claims that they bought details from a marketing database company. Missed-called my phone then only identified themselves when called back. Wouldn t trust any company that uses these sort of dodgy marketing tactics.

As soon as he started to speak l hung up he then continually called me each time l declined the call on my mobile ... He called so many times ..whilst at work I blocked the number .. Harassed continually by them ...don t answer the call in fact block the number if you can

Had voicemail left from this number. Said it was for Feedback after my recent call with Dixons. I have been dealing with Curry s earlier today so assume it s connected with that.

Steve Star from some company offering legal advice and help. Asked if I d had an accident in the last 2.5 years or if someone in the family had. I asked him for the source of the information on me. He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. He said " we help people , that s what we do" then he hung up - very helpful!!

Charged £24.00 last month on my mobile phone bill. Already racked up £13.60. Have contacted police and filed a fraud report. Texting my mobile but I nevet signed up to this. If you text stop back to numbef it doesn t work the website is fake. My mobile provider did not want tk know till I informed them I had spoken to the police and cancelled my direct debit.
