They will then tell you that they are the other party insurance company but they can also help you retrieve your fund, you need to give them your personal information for them to refund you and for a generous fee of £500, they will cover the damages which are estimated at £15,000. how generous of them, is it not? Anyways, just block the number guys.

Answered today offering information on switching, when I declined and asked for my number to be removed from their database they decided to argue with me about why I did not want to switch. I received a call from this number this morning asking me to confirm details of my router, telling me that someone else had been using it and trying to hack into it. I told her that there was not a problem. She kept telling me that I needed to give her details of passwords etc so I hung up after telling her several times that I wasn't interested and knew that it was a scam call.
