Illegally operating firm - I am TPS registered & work in a call firm, so am well aware these people are not following MOJ rules & regulations. Sadly, they use a "fake" number and can't be called back, so you never know the true identity of the company!
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14807520xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Money saving expert - check them at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ . Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Called to say my warranty on my 6 month old car had expired. When I told her that was not possible she proceed to argue with me. I told her brand new cars do not have warranty’s that expire after 6 months. Promptly hung up and barred the number
