SCAM! Claiming to be calling from Microsoft in relation to a device that is compromised. Caller kept changing tact from it being a product in my name to one in my husbands name, and from a device to a license then refused to give details of what was alleged to be compromised.

I answered a call from this number. The person claimed to be called James from a company called Relief Energy. So far as I can determine, there is no official record of any such company, making me certain that it is a scam.

SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.

Said from Three mobile but refused to use my name or passphrase. Obviously a scammer because he kept talking over the top of me even when I told him that genuine callers treat customers with respect!
Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.
