I had a call from this number today, and they asked to speak to me by name. They then wanted me to confirm my name and address (WHICH I DID NOT). I asked what the call was about and they said they were phoning because I had filled out a health survey 12

When i answer this call they ask for me by name, I confirm that s me, but then the call goes silent! After a few seconds I get that "BT lady" saying the caller ended the call. I don t think they mean to hang up, I d guess thier computer system does it by accident. when I looked up the number I found a plumber in Scotland! Im in Peterborough, so I doubt it s that.
