Three mobile impersonators. Very convincing and only triggered to be a scam when tried to charge me upfront on my card.
I have been called 3 times by this number over the last 2 weeks - often at highly inconvenient meal times. It appears to be cold calling fund raising drive linked with University of Birmingham (I am an alumnus). Very annoying and puts me off ever donating any dosh to the University (even if I had some to spare! I would like this to stop.

Apparently someone reported m saying that I'm living in poor housing conditions. haha So I asked them to confirm my address, where I'm living in poor conditions, and he cut me off.
