IT'S A DANGEROUS SCAM! A computer is dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! From Romford, don't know any one there,, about eco installations, haven’t asked for one, never heard of them scary part knew my name. So I immediately hung up. I was not the middle of a shop.

SCAM - Caller knew my name and claimed to be from housing association. Given that others have answered and left comments after being told it is a accident claim company, it is safe to assume this is a scam.
