SCAM Told me they were from Virgin media and that they had notifications on their system of bad Internet connectivity asked how many devices I had and then wanted me to go on a PC or laptop to authorise them onto said computer so they could show me what was wrong ????? Not once was I asked for my account details or if I was the account holder

I received an SMS that appears to have been sent by HSBC. This shows an one-time password for a transaction of around £983 and asks me to urgently call this number (03309124638) if I do not recognise this transaction. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM! I have called HSBC (on their true number and not the fake number mentioned above) and they have confirmed what was obvious to me: THIS IS A SCAM. Your account is safe and has not been compromised. IGNORE THE TEXT MESSAGE and do NOT call that number. That's all!
Rang today and left a message that a suspicious amount of £799 had been charged to our card attached to our Amazon account. Press 1 to respond. Didn't of course. Obviously a scam.

Received a call today 21.6.22 at 13:15. Recorded message purporting to be Visa regarding to possible acts of fraud against my debit card. 1 x £1000 and 1 x £300. SCAM - told me someone had purchased an IPHONE 7 on my Amazon account, it was for £300 odd pounds, did I want help recovering the money or want the phone delivered. Lady with a very heavy Indian accent, didn't say if she was calling from Amazon or the Bank, but she could help stop the delivery and get my money back if I followed these steps. Call terminated.
