They said it was sky and said they were replacing my mums sky card. They also said that as a pensioner she was offered 25% discount. They knew her personal details which worries me. I do know this is not a sky number as listed on their website.

Keeps calling my number but usually no one is there when I answer. Just a long period of silence and then the call is ended. Very annoying and probably upsetting for some people.
