If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later, and usually using a different number! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear a voice and then the line goes dead then congratulations - you've just successfully escaped being scammed! They said they were from Amazon and I had a £900 transaction taken from my account he asked me to follow his instructions ( I did know it was a scam) I told him ok he said to put him on loud speaker and he was going to give me a 9 digit code to enter into my phone, I asked him if he could call me back in 10 minutes when my daughter is home as she works for the police he suddenly hung up. I have passed the phone number on to Amazon but I’m worried about the people that they do trap please don’t give any one

This number called me today said they were from sky so I called and asked sky if they recognised the number and guess what they don’t recognise the number and surprise they even said it could be a scam.

I had a call today from a South African sounding lady, from London number 020 8089 6127 said she was calling from a company called Teabag that got my suspicions up straight away, asked to speak to me by name, so she already had my name and phone number somehow. Said that she understood, I had lost money in an investment and would I like to get it back, I asked how she got my name and phone number and she immediately hung up. This is obviously a scam,

01182-308128 -308140 -302112 are all scams. Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! These are computer generated calls searching for voice lines. If you answer "hello" or "anything else", the line will be logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll get called back later by a con-artist! If your phone rings and you don't recognize the number DON'T SPEAK! JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear anything & the line then goes dead then you've just successfully escaped being scamme

This is a scam company trying to sell services for stock trading. They use a multiple mobile back up numbers also. They are always non English natives with Russian, east European, Indian accents featuring. They will offer to send you a clickable What's App link which is possibly infected with a Trojan virus or takes you to a website. They will keep calling no matter you telling them you are not interested. Definitely avoid.

DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

Got cold called from this number twice. Caller claimed to be from a security company and asked whether I was ever scammed. When I told him I didn't know him or his company and did not feel comfortable answering any questions, he called me a 'f*cking wh*re' and hung up.

Guy called saying he was from amazon when i said i was not intetested and i'd like him to remove my number from the system he then called me a mother f#*ker and told me to go and f#*k my mother!!! Blocked!!!!!!
