They forge signatures on documents and then try to extort money claiming the signed document is original. Best bet is put in complaints to all the toothless regulators and hope enough others do the same and maybe someone will take them off the financial systems. Call me a few times, finally answered. Had my name and address and said she was from uswitch and wanted to know which gas and electric provider I was with as I may be paying too much. I told her I was fine and didn't want to swap providers. I wouldn't tell her which company I was with and she became very pushy and annoying. I told her I didn't trust her and put phone down.

Rang me a few times, asked me to confirm my address and date of birth, told them that I didn’t give that information out over the phone, they said they would write me a letter but have never received one, then they seem to be texting me once a month asking to call them with a ref number, I don’t see the point if they can’t tel me what it’s about over the phone, they say they want your address for security reasons, and I say I’m not willing to give them details out for security reasons, and so It continues,
