I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
Just had a text from this Company. Which reads; "Hi Tony, call 0115 824 7495 immediately please. We received your application and need to speak with you now to complete your loan."
