He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. 27223 They called asking about our life insurance I asked who the company was three times and they avoided to answer saying they were from a validation department All the time in the background it sounded you could hear heavy traffic and people as if they were outside a cafe on some third country high street When pushed for the company name they hung up

I answered and they mentioned something about EE, then asked me how much I pay per month, I responded, no thanks I've just started a new contract. They then said "I never asked you to change your contract", I then said, I will stop you there and just tell you I am not interested, he then responded repeatedly, "GO FCK YOURSELF". Needless to say I hung up!!!

Trying to get details about a accident I was involved in (I wasn't involved in one) so that they could make fake personal injury claims - DODGY!

Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.
