Got cold called from this number twice. Caller claimed to be from a security company and asked whether I was ever scammed. When I told him I didn't know him or his company and did not feel comfortable answering any questions, he called me a 'f*cking wh*re' and hung up.

I think it is a sub-contracted call centre (why it might sound disingenuous?) of sales people for Sky broadband or agents on commission from Sky.
