This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1622370xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - classical accident chasers, RTA. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I have BT call guardian blocking withheld numbers and also a person need to identify who they are before the call gets through. This number fang but all the message left was double-beeps. The number was a mobile so I called it back and was put through to an answer message identifying the caller as Rache from Providence Personal Credit. So marketing or spam call as I have had no communication or contact prior to this with them.
