Answered the first 2 calls from this number to hear an Asian sounding voice - in the first instance telling me I had a Windows problem and the second time telling me I had a BT line problem. As I was aware of this scam, in both instances I told them to "get lost" and hung up. Since then they have been ringing me several times a day but since I have caller identity I ignore it. This is plain harassment.

They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. I was called today from this number, and I answered. It was a guy called Paul from a company ICS. He knew may name, and stated that I had recently received damage to my car. I then cut in, asking how he got my number, I didn't welcome unsolicited calls,
