I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm. Got a call just now purported to be from this number saying they were my Internet providers and that my computer has been hacked and my service will be disconnected for 24 hours. It then offered me to speak with their agent. I just put the phone down as I feel it is a scam.

Text received supposedly from Royal Mail saying I needed to pay fees of £2.99 for a parcel to be delivered or else it would be returned to sender.
This number called me. There was a bit of noise in the background, i said hello twice and then a male voice of what i would guess is south Asian descent said "do you love me?". I replied "What?" assuming i'd mis heard and he just repeated the same question so i hung up.
