They called regarding a motorcycle I was trying to sell to them online. They increased the offer marginally and came and bought the bike with no hassle, happy days!
Getting multiple calls from these people, can hear them in the background coughing, then they hang up.
introduced himself as being from dept of payments and analysis or something similar, clearly off shore, I suggested it sounded made up and he hung up

Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer.
