Mortgage Matters based in Manchester. This call was in relation to frozen pensions. Genuine company who normally do re- mortgages.
Appeared to be a chatbot (rather than an actual person) so was unable to entertain or engage in a conversation about whether it was correct that she had been informed that I had been involved in a car accident that was not my fault.
