Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. This is a scam number from India (pretending to be in Northern Ireland) saying they are BT Openreach and I have a virus on my PC. Just put the phone down BT does not call customers unless you have already raised a fault and all their call centres are in the UK.
