Same as others experiences here. I received calls from English speaking Indian males and females saying they are calling from Virgin Media and investigating a fault with my internet broadband. They are so obviously not from VM. I challenge them and they always hang up. As with all the other cases I had previously reported an issue to the real VM line which had already been resolved by an engineer that visited me.
