I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. I missed a call on my mobile from 01422315229. I called them back from my work phone (As it withholds my number) and the company would not give me their name, what they may have wanted, what they do as a company or how they got a number I ve only had for two days.
Was an Asian guy for me, claiming to be from BT Tech Dept. When i suggested he gets a proper job and stop trying to scam ppl, he suggested I go forth and multiply (in a cruder use of words). Number now blocked.

Continuous calls from this number saying they do all of BT Renewals! I have an online account with BT and direct access to BT, and any changes or renewals to my accounts are dealt with direct, so why are they bothering me? I have told them to stop or I will make a formal complaint.
