This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H

Fraud - message left by them was read by a computerised male American voice that said I had to call the local city hall urgently. Not sure why. However phone number is very similar to (0)20 3991 2845 which is a Fraud HMRC call.

I do not know this number, its location is given in a completely different part of the UK than the one where I live. I believe that it can be a dangerous connection. Be careful.
