01615070009 this number called 14th Jan, 16th Jan, 2 calls today 17th Jan. No message left. Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. Almost immediately I am called back and male caller asks for James, I am female. They are calling about the vehicle collision "James" was involved in. So you be the judge. Apparently informed about my investments indicated I d taken a survey can confirm the survey call was from India and I could not understand a word the foreigner said...avoid.

Caller knew my surname, when I asked where he got my number he said from a data base. When I continued to question him he became angry and told me to stop wasting his time!!

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H
