They ring every day and don t speak when I answer. Why aren t they being investigated by Ofcom and put out of existence? Is harassment legal?

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Tried to use the ASSOC Command Scam to justify their claim to be from VirginMediua becasue they knew the (supposedly unique) ID 888DCA60-FC0A-11CF-8F0F-00C04FD7D062 which actually is found on every Windows PC
