I had a missed call from this number and when I rang back It said if you're friends or family press 1 . Or if you're a cold caller then hang up and don't call back and then went dead, and then I checked on here but there were no comments, but in my opinion if it was any kind of normal call or important it would ring first not just automatically give you those two computerized voice options, I'm sick of talking to computers or people I can't hear properly or understand???
