SCAM, Responded to the message and was advised I had a tax rebate and that my credit card details were needed to process a refund. Sounded like a call centre in a foreign land. Simply asked him to give the first line of my address and was told: "that is against regulations" I told him to do one. There are some proper nasty tossers in this world!! Please keep on being vigilant all you decent people.

If you have Safari and it locks with the message, force quit it, and then restart it while holding down shift key to load Safari without opening previous browser windows.

It then prompted me to press 1 to speak to someone from a "Security Agency" to resolve it -- yeah, I don't think so somehow! I just hung up after that and blocked the number. Do not answer -- sounds dodgy as hell!
