At first I put it down to a miss-hit finger on a wrong key which can happen to anyone. So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money

Just had a very intresting 1/2 hour phone call with these idiots. Strung him along, he said do this/do that, type in this type in that, of course I kept telling him I was getting all sort of error messages. He said he couldn t get into my computer, I eventually told him my computer wasn t even turned on, I had great fun. I told him I wasn t an idiot and he should find another occupation.
