I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. A call from this number to my grandmother offered a security service she said straight away she was not interested and put the phone down. They phoned back straight away and said that was very rude and used her first name. It was suggested that they should use her surname as they did not know her and he said I know you . A further call was left unanswered. This was quite upsetting. Something should be done about such calls.
