I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. I don't type or do anything but an English automated voice comes on says "sorry I didn't get that", this repeats indefinitely.. pretty sus for a number that's meant to be the counsel. Claimed to be from Council Housing Association calling about reported repairs needed to my property. I was confused and asked what he meant as I am not in a council house. The voice on the other end repeated themselves, I told them again I am not in a council property and an automated AI thanked me for my time and hung up.
SCAM pretending to be from 02 but o2 confirmed it is a scam caller. Sent text message and wanted to have the code read out to them. Rude when didn't comply.
Fraud - they send a bogus Norton antivirus invoice and then try to connect to your computer. Bogus scam number - very dangerous.

On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.

Fraud - Fake "debt collecter" type call. Asking to speak to financial department about an overdue debt that is owed (completely false allegation) but had no names or contact details. When asked if anything had been sent in writing the chap with a "Georide" accent said it could only be dealt with by phone so number blocked and reported.

Called me claiming to be Scottish Power, wanted me to tell them my address, saying I had a debt on my account. I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. When I told them that I have never had an account with Scottish Power, they became very aggressive and eventually told me to f..k off and hung up on me.
It's about my £79 Amazon order which is being charged today - of course it is!

Yet another call about a car accident I'm supposed to have had. I'm afraid on this occasion I snapped and used some choice language to the young "lady".
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION THIS IS A KNOWN SCAM! This is a scam, I had them call me on different numbers 5 times in the last 2 days claiming there from several different companies. There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. There try and get you to give them your bank details, once you do there will steal money from your account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION!
