Saying that my computer is running lots of issues when connecting to Internet and can damage my system. Over the last 2 days I ve received over 30 phone calls from them, some abusive (Ive been called a abusive names), some silent. I ve asked them to stop calling but they seem to find it funny. I ve reported it to my local police, OFCOM & my service provider. Please report any calls from them to OFCOM, the more reports they get the better the case against them. I m self employed and this is causing me distress and immense damage to my business

Caller said he was from Home Appliance Care. He addressed me by a false name I had given to a "lifestyle survey company" some time ago. He told me his records show that as my washing machine warranty was about to expire he would renew it. When I asked him where he got my details from he terminated the call. The number was not recognised when I dialled it. How can you trust a company which spoofs its telephone number.
