Called me on my mobile at 7.30pm. Quoted my name then said he was calling about my life insurance. When i said i had a financial advisor (which i do) he started shouting aggressively "if you ve got a financial advisor, tell me his name and his middle name". Cut him off and blocked the number.

This number called me to remind me of an upcoming appointment at birmingham women s hospital and to confirm I would still be attending. It is an automated service and when I called back I was informed of who called me and told not to worry as it s a courtesy call and not an emergency. A trustworthy number

Said I was in a accident, and I wasn t. When I asked for callers name she rang off. Actullay rang from 01235 095578

said they were from Amazon Prime confirming my contract. told to press button 1 on phone to confirm. totally stupid I hung up!!!!

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

They called, I waited for someone to speak, I said 'Hello?', they hung up immediately.

This is I believe a Manchester UK Local area number left on my 1471 record. I do not recognise the number. On the tellows lokup, it comes up as an Indian number. I ll notify you if it calls again. The captcha looked like diw64, the d was mistaken for a p in the distorted image.

called me twice today once in the afternoon and again in the evening. I answered on both occasions and the line went dead

From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! Because I cant remember an email address of password from 4 Years ago they will not talk to me about the account! Vultures!! They should be closed down.
