I got a call from this number and checking it out on this website it says there are no bad comments. Well I phoned them back, the phone rang for about 15 seconds, then cut off. I think it was a scam call.

They called claiming to be Microsoft who had detected problems on my computer. I asked them for the 6 digit problem code which the operator didn't understand so I asked her to read out the error message. When she refused I decided it was a scam and hung up.

They said they were from HMRC. That I was due a refund due to my tax on a ppi claim. I have never claimed on a ppi form. I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. This was a call on my mobile purporting to be a voice message from my doctor and to follow the link. This was recorded at 0012 hrs. No doctor would call at this time and it looks like the call comes from Manchester. I'm in Birmingham. Obviously I did not follow the link and deleted the message.

To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.
