As other comments - missed call from Guy s and St Thomas hospital (London UK), auto message says they ll call again if it s urgent. I was expecting to hear from them, and it s good that they don t leave a message which could be a security issue.
Fish company ..set deliveries every other month ..will phone to place an order ...leave several messages to try and get hold of you....( because I m so bad at responding) always helpful and friendly..Not pushy.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Several calls received some silent, I had a call today from a very rude woman who wanted to sell me home insurance, she didn t appear to understand the meaning of no she just kept talking over me, I asked her to remove my contact details from their data base.

Decided to switch from Scottish Power because of their massive price hike. Obviously they want to keep customers but they are too late. Change done and it is cheaper that Scottish Powers 2016 prices.Out at time of call.
