This number called me, and as it was to my landline 0016471048511 (I live abroad) so the initial 0 of the code is not shown, they were a PHISHING scam for MICROSOFT..He was name...
Seems to be another number related to the RSPCA - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number is used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers, so can call you not only in the name of RSPCA then... Probably I will block this number, it became just a nuisance...

Number 01665604816 seems to belong to a legitimate company, but the number is faked and displayed by thieves trying to access people's bank accounts with fake warnings about illegitimate payments from their account.
This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware - similar numbers are already reported with debts/loans, financial services and PPI.

Dozens of calls from this company some silent some not. I block the number but they use a different one each time. Some terminate when I ask why they are ringing me. I have to ansa cos my son is critically ill in hospital. I want this stopped and the company fined.

I bought a new phone at the week-end - a BT8500 Advanced call blocker - only set it up last night and although my phone hasn t rung, I saw there had been two calls blocked.
