This guy called to say he s from Windows and my computer is hacked. He gave a licence number & wanted me to get on line to check it was the same as my computer s so he then could stop the hacker rather than having to shut my computer down. He then gave me his number to call back, got very forceful when I didn t and again when I said didn t have time to do it. Told him he was rude and hang up. Microsoft have nothing to do with this.

Here we go again 5times this morning can call as much as they like won t be answering,think it s to do with Ideal World just a dam nusiance

second call today from these peolple with a different number each time. no reply on callback. both numbers blocked , lets see what happens.

Numerous phone calls - lots of hanging up upon my answer. Another call this morning asking to speak to Suzy... obviously to validate number. I ve now blocked this number from calling me.

survey call, asked about my personal details and stuffs. I told them I toke the survey already and they were very annoying. highly recommend don t pick up.

SCAM They called, claiming they were from some warehouse (I did not understand because the woman's foreign accent was very hard to understand). They asked me which iPhone I have to offer me some 'discount' for an upgraded plan or something. Guess what, I do not have an iPhone. I might have misunderstood something, so it is worth hearing about other people's experiences too, but for now, I consider this a scam.

Caller claimed I had signed a petition against International Animal Cruelity - I would never have added my phone number even if I did sign it, I will not be signing any more petitions! I asked them not to call me. The caller was pleasent and agreed

Irish lad said he was calling about my frozen pension. i played along and made up stuff about a fictitious pension which he VERIFIED. When said I was just digging out the file to get the pension reference number he hung up, l am a pension administrator so can baffle them with terminology. Proves these calls are a scam.

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! got a call from this number they hung up called them back got a message its a outsourced call center. number added to my blocked list.

Household appliance insurance. Said mine was being changed to cheaper company and then started to ask my bank details. Knew my name and address.
