Called 4 times in a space of 2 hours. Answered the first time, they hung up straight away, ignored the call the next 3 times, but they still call.

I usually don t answer numbers I don t know (as I get a lot), but I felt like answering this time. A bloke with a northern accent asked for Mr Chin . Had a cold call from this company claiming they were calling about "plumbing and drainage" (or something to that effect). She started waffling about my recent claim ....

so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.
