Why do they keep on phoning about an "accident" that I keep telling them never took place!!? So thick skinned and can t get the message. They said they are phoning to help me "close the file"! What file? Are they dumb? However, the real culprits are the people selling them the telephone numbers in the first place. What can they possibly get out of it if there was genuinely no accident to "close the file" on?? Beats me!

A man called Angus introduced himself. I could barely make out what he was saying over what sounded like a busy call centre room. It sounded a bit like Pay Day Loan solutions. I heard the words "pay Day" distinctly.

These have pestered us numerous times-same no.different guises-well well dodgy! Yet cheeky g*ts have a BT 1471 call minder facility if you call back-saying their busy! i ve received a number of missed calls from this number. If I don t know the number, I don t answer it, on the basis if it s urgent/an actual call, they will leave a message. No message ever left.

Claim to be Money Extra, or sometimes Money Expert asking about PPI. I have found elsewhere on the web this is a scam. Phone probably about twice a week.

Call came in UBCF, NO ONE ON LINE WHEN I ANSWERED. JUST SILENCE. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT UBCF STANDS FOR.

Called me four times a day. asking to speak to me about my pre-payment meters. Told them I haven't got any and to remove my details. Still they call. Such a pain in the rear!
