It turned out to be the www.teamviewer.com / www.support.me scam where they claim "something is wrong with your computer" (they never tell you what). This number has been calling me on my home phone continuously claiming to be from Sky TV. Indian sounding woman the first time and the other times from a man. When I answer the phone it takes a while for them to start speaking. Poor English - same scam as another number claiming there has been a breach of your sky line and they need you go go on your computer to fix it. Be aware!!
