Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

Chap claiming to be "Jim from Unique Preferences" (with a thick Indian accent) wanted to ask me "a few simple yes or no questions". He insisted he was not trying to sell me anything. Indian caller, said she was calling from Windows helpdesk - surely it would be called Microsoft Helpdesk, anyway the scammers just hung up when I started laughing at them. They really annoy me because they prey on the weak and vulnerable in our society.

This company keep calling, maybe 3-4 times a day always asking for someone who doesn t live here but as soon as I ask to speak to supervisor or say they have a wrong number they hang up. I m close to disconnecting the landline it is such a nuisance!!

So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money

Never heard of Nexbridge Until I Google d them. They don t speak nothing,the line just stays Quiet. They will phone you 3 or 4 times a day and it s always the same... No one speaks

Had 3 calls in the space of two hours. Did not answer as aware it was a cold call.

Trying to sell PPI recovery which everyone should know by now no one, needs a company to do it for you, just write to the bank and ask for it back! if you do know if you had a policy write any way the bank will tell you. He Gave some strange non-existent government depart they are part of.

I ve been getting calls from this number every two days for a couple of weeks at varying times of day. I haven t answered them so I don t know who it is, but I suspect it s a sales call.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable.
