I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! A woman pretended to be a staff member of my bank and wanted to have my identification card number. When I wanted to know the name of the bank, she said cheeky that I still needed to know which bank I am.
