We thought 0012102490540 was an American couple ringing to confirm their flight into Gatwick for a sensational night tomorrow but it was these ignoramuses that hack us off every frigging day every frigging week!

Even though you might be a business, it is still unacceptable for people to call you and hang up without waiting for you to answer the phone, or to fail to leave a message.
