Cold Call. Called himself Liam and wanted to speak to the person who deals with Google Adword advertising.
Possibly either Funeral Insurance follow up caller or debt collection agent....

I ve had multiple calls from this number on my new UK mobile. They alway ask me had I been involved in a car accident - a womans voice with some delay in between question and answer. I ve asked multiple times for my number to be removed, however, they continue to call! Next time I plan to play dumb and find out more about what they are really after.
It was about a car accident where I drove into another car I'm only 12 this is getting on my nerves
