Just read a few comments saying its Natwest and genuine. It may be a Natwest number but these are scammers. One post suggested you ring your bank from an alternative phone which is okish. Best to drop in to your local branch (if you can find one) Do not use the phone you received the message on or your regular mobile as they may have access to both.

I reckon this caller scamed me out of just over £2000
a girl said she was calling about my existing life insurence policy and i questioned her as to which policy she was referring too and she said she didn't have the policy details but i wouldn't be on her database unless i had a current life insurance policy. I dont have any life insurance but I'm sure i can get online and sort it myself don't need to be called from these commission based telemarketers wish this was banned
