Just had a very shady call, would only speak to the owner. Did some digging and found this warning on facebook: *ATTENTION SMALL BUSINESSES* Had a call from this company earlier today, trying to sell me advertising space on GP surgery appointment cards... Has been calling twice a day for last 6 days! On calling back a recorded messages says "this is calls plus, this number is not in service"
Foreign sounding female claiming to be from Microsoft, I hung up after a suitable response.

Call from India, saying they were from 'British Telecom' to let us know our internet speed was down. Wanted me to check on my 'device' to see what my reading said. Then asked whether it was a portable or a desktop. I questioned if that was relevant. Then asked if it were a business or personal device. At which point I said again, I don't think that's relevant. And then, they hung up. So I would say that it was a fishing cold call pretending to be BT. She did offer to give her 'id number', so be wary.
