When told to take my details off their system, I was told it didn't work like that, and i was in a top priority band! Put the phone down on me when I told them I wasn't even in the car at the time of the accident.
Said from BT. Stated my computer had been downloading malicious software. Asked him to name the files. He couldn't. Told him I wasn't BT, said didn't matter if I was using others, they provided the line (absolute crap). This is a malicious phishing attempt. DO NOT give out personal details, DO NOT follow their instructions. HANG UP.

Been getting missed calls from this number over a 5 day period and when you try to call back the is not registered or you get a message you have dialled the wrong number please try again.
No idea how these goons got my number but they're persistent. I answered today and the first thing I said was 'This is about the seventh call I've had from this number' and he just glossed over it and started his pitch. Told him I'm 85 miles away in Gloucestershire but suggested the cost of travel is an investment and worth it! I'm like 'you bloody pay for it then!' Asked personal questions - do I have kids etc. Not interested.
