SCAM Automated call claiming to be from National Insurance fraud investigation. Press 1 to speak to "lead investigator" before legal action is taken against you or your national insurance number, but the message just keeps repeating itself unfortunately. Denied an opportunity to wind a scammer up by shoddy programming!

Have been rang by this number at least once a day for about 3 weeks - I normally miss the call as I don t have my phone on my at work. On the one occasion I picked up no one said anything on the other end when I said Hello then they put the phone down. I tried to ring back but it went the the guardian newspaper voicemail - I have no connection with the guardian so I don t think its very legit!

Left a very ambiguous voice-message with our receptionists regarding a business inquiry . Having looked at their line of work as a business seller/broker, I see no reason to speak to them. The company name is Knightsbridge Business Sales . Google it for more info.

Received a call offering a free tablet, declined as I did not believe they were calling from Vodafone themselves, and hung up. Then received a seemingly automated text message from Vodafone advising the call was genuine, but the grammar in the text was poor - "infact", "you wasn t sure", "removed you from our list of customer" - so I can t be sure if it is genuine. Surely a big company like that would check something so simple?

Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”. Call purported to be from my internet provider informing me that my internet would be disconnected within 48 hours. Only 11.00 am and I have received 2 calls already today! This is harassment.

Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.

This company calls me persistently, today I have had 3 calls, even though their number is blocked on my mobile and their calls are instantly disconnected. This leads me to believe they are using some automated calling app. I don t believe they are based in UK but are using UK numbers to give that impression.
